One question. Real money either way.

Every trading day, one flagship market opens on that day's real 9:00 ET opening price, rotating through SPY, BTC, AAPL, ETH, and NVDA. Will it close above or below that by 4:00? Stake whichever side you believe, and the losing side's pool pays out to the winners the moment it closes.

01

Pick a real asset and a side

Every trading day, one flagship market opens at its real 9:00 ET opening price. That's the line. A different real asset each day, rotating through SPY, BTC, AAPL, ETH, and NVDA. Stake whichever side you think it closes on by 4:00.

REAL PRICE FEEDS
02

The pool is real, staked ETH, nothing else

No treasury backing, no counterparty. The payout pool for a market is exactly what everyone staked into it, minus a small protocol fee that flows into the same flywheel as every other real fee here.

SELF-FUNDED
03

Real outcome, winners split the losing pool

At the real 4:00 ET close, the price decides it, above or below the open, nothing in between. Winners always keep their own stake in full, plus 80% of the losing side's pool, split pro-rata by stake. The other 20% of the losing pool feeds the same burn-and-buy system every other real fee here does.

SIMPLE, NOT GRADED
04

Claim it yourself, whenever

Payouts sit ready to claim, not pushed out automatically, you pull your own winnings whenever you want, paying your own gas.

YOUR CALL, YOUR GAS
/ How the schedule works /

New markets every trading day, real market hours

One flagship above/below market opens right at the real 9:00 ET open, a fixed daily rotation through SPY, BTC, AAPL, ETH, and NVDA. That asset's real price at that exact moment becomes the line, read straight off the same feed the market resolves against, never a keeper-supplied number.

Markets skip weekends and every real NYSE holiday, not just Saturday/Sunday. No market opens on a day the exchange itself is closed.

Staking closes 15 minutes before the real 4:00 ET close, not right up to it, a short buffer so a stake can't land once the day's direction is already all but decided.

Resolution happens automatically at the close, reading the real price off the same feed. Claiming your share has no deadline, pull it whenever you want, on your own gas.

Bring your stocks over

Tokenized equities sitting in a wallet pay you nothing. Hold Bucket and trading fees buy real equities and send them to you. Hold 90 days and we refund the 3% entry fee, so moving costs you nothing.

Every trade pays a fee to somebody, usually not the person trading. Hold Bucket and a share of the exchange's fees is paid to you, plus your 3% entry fee back.

The rules

  • The rebate is 3% of your lowest Bucket balance across the 90 days, not your final balance and not your peak. Buy on the last day and you earn almost nothing.
  • Paid in real tokenized equities, through the same Distributor every payout uses. Not cash, not more Bucket.
  • You must stay above the 10,000 Bucket distribution bar for the whole window.
  • Existing holders are excluded. A snapshot of every wallet already holding Bucket is taken before the offer is announced, and those wallets do not qualify. This pays new money only.
  • No sign-up, no claim button, nothing to approve. Eligibility is worked out from chain history when the window closes.

What we are not saying

  • This is not a promised return. Distributions come from trading fees, so a quiet week pays a quiet week. Recent run rate is roughly distributed to holders, and it moves with trading volume.
  • The dollar figure on that card cuts both ways. It is a worked example at the market cap printed on it. Your share is your position divided by market cap, so the same position projects a bigger number when Bucket is cheaper. That is arithmetic, not an argument that a lower price is better for you.
  • Your stocks can still go up. The zero on that card is your share of trading fees, not your return. Your equities can rally without paying you a cent of fees, and if they do, holding them may well have beaten switching.
  • You are swapping exposure. Sell TSLA for Bucket and Bucket's price becomes your risk, not Tesla's.
  • A crowd dilutes itself. Your share of distributions is your position divided by market cap. The more people switch, the smaller each share.

Process

01

People trade Bucket

Trades route through the Uniswap v4 Bucket/ETH pool.

UNISWAP V4
02

The fee hook collects 3%

Native ETH, taken directly inside the swap by the hook.

3%
03

The treasury buys stocks

A keeper checks every 5 minutes. Once collected ETH clears 0.01 ETH, it's swapped into the basket, split evenly across each registered stock.

10 STOCKS
04

The cycle is distributed

Whatever stock the treasury just bought goes out pro-rata to every eligible Bucket holder in that same cycle, no separate trigger, no claim step.

SAME CYCLE
/ Timing, exactly /

What actually triggers a round

There's no fixed schedule, it's a threshold, checked on a fixed clock. Two separate things have to be true:

Check frequency
Every 5 minutes
The keeper polls Treasury's pending + redeemed ETH on-chain
Buy trigger
0.01 ETH accumulated
Below that, the keeper skips the round rather than spend gas on dust, this is the % shown in the nav's "Next buy round" bar
Distribution trigger
None, every cycle
Whatever the treasury already holds after a buy is sent out the same 5-minute cycle, gated by nothing but gas
/ Two different swaps /

Buying Bucket vs. buying a stock directly

The Swap page has two tabs. They do genuinely different things, easy to conflate since both just look like "you pay ETH, you receive a token."

Bucket tab
Trades the Bucket/ETH pool
Takes the 3% fee, feeds Treasury, eventually funds a distribution round (steps 01-04 above)
Stocks tab
Trades a stock directly for ETH
A personal trade, same as buying it anywhere else, no fee, doesn't touch Treasury, doesn't move the "next buy round" bar, doesn't affect anyone's eligibility

Why the fee is in ETH

/ Token-fee model /
Fee asset
Protocol token collected as the fee asset
Native ETH collected by the hook
Stock funding
May require selling protocol tokens
Stock purchases are funded from collected ETH
Token impact
Treasury sales can add sell pressure
Bucket is not sold to fund stock purchases
Execution path
Extra conversions can add cost and slippage
ETH routes into the active stock purchase flow
/ Stocks, crypto, or both /

Choosing what you get paid in

Two separate ways to set this, neither required, do nothing and you're covered by the default.

Do nothing (default)
No wallet action taken
You're on Stocks only, exactly today's behavior. This is the real on-chain default (AssetClass.StocksOnly), not a UI assumption: an untouched wallet reads back this value directly from the preference contract.
Class toggle
A settings checkbox somewhere
One free on-chain call from the Portfolio page (no mint, no payment): Stocks only, Crypto only, or Both. Applies to your wallet directly, changes any time.
Account picker
Vague "advanced settings"
Get an Account and name up to 20 specific assets by hand, any mix of stocks and crypto, for that Account's weight to concentrate into instead of a class-wide split. See Accounts below.

11 crypto assets are registered as of 2026-08-16: USDG, VIRTUAL, STONKBROKER, CASHCAT, PONS, FRONG, POOLS, JUGGERNAUT, IF, ETH (wrapped, direct 1:1, not a pool swap), and NET. See the Supported crypto section on Home. Each buy round splits Treasury's ETH across every registered asset (stocks and crypto together) in proportion to real demand, not evenly, an asset nobody's opted into gets nothing bought, so setting Crypto only or Both today actually does something, it isn't a placeholder.

/ Reward tiers /

Trading boosts your distribution weight

Your real ETH trading volume through the Bucket pool specifically, buys and sells combined, trailing 7 days, multiplies your existing pro-rata weight in every round. Stock/crypto swaps don't count toward this. Check your current tier on the Portfolio page.

What counts
Some off-chain "points" system
Real ETH in/out of your own on-chain swaps through the Bucket pool specifically, nothing to sign up for, nothing to opt into
Where the boost comes from
New emissions, printed for the top of the leaderboard
The same distribution pool everyone already draws from, a boosted wallet's larger slice comes proportionally out of everyone else's share, not new money
Wash trading
Needs separate detection/bans
Round-tripping fake volume still pays the real ~4% Bucket swap fee every time, the cost scales with the attempt, nothing to detect. Stock/crypto swaps intentionally don't count toward this at all, whatever their fee
Window
All-time, so early activity locks in a permanent edge
Rolling 7 days, stop trading and your tier decays back down on its own
7-DAY VOLUME → MULTIPLIER
0.30+ ETH2.00x
0.10+ ETH1.50x
0.05+ ETH1.25x
0.01+ ETH1.10x
Below 0.01 ETH1.00x (base)
/ Accounts, optional, not required /

Want your own account instead of the shared pool?

Get an Account through Community Bucket: a real onchain wallet, not a picture, that holds and grows its own asset position off the same fee flow above.

Pick 1-20 assets, stocks, crypto, or a mix of both, drawn from whatever's currently registered. Your account's weight in each distribution round splits evenly across however many you picked, choosing 1 means full concentration into it, choosing every registered asset is the same even split default (no-account) holders already get.
An account with no preference set receives zero. Set it from the Portfolio page's "My Accounts" section, right after connecting.
The NFT's own image updates on-chain to show whichever assets you've chosen, no separate step, it's generated fresh from what's actually set, including each asset's real on-chain symbol.
Trade the whole account. Ownership of the NFT is what controls the wallet inside it, sell it, and everything moves with it, no separate transfer step.
Get an Account →

Free self-minting ended 2026-08-14, every Account now comes through Community Bucket's paid mint. Accounts minted before this keep working exactly as they always have: set preferences, trade, claim distributions, no changes.

Minted before and only see one stock, no picker, no image? That's a separate, earlier version of this contract, still works, just not upgraded to the above.

FAQ

Where do distributions arrive? +
Directly to the eligible wallet holding Bucket, no claim step required.
Do I need to stake or claim? +
No. Holding above the threshold is the only requirement.
What happens if I sell part of my balance? +
Your share of the next distribution recalculates from your balance at that time.
Is the "next buy round" bar exact? +
It's real, not an estimate, it reads Treasury's actual pending + redeemed ETH on-chain against the 0.01 ETH trigger the keeper itself uses. It's not a timer: it can sit at the same % for a while on low volume, then jump straight to "Ready" the moment a trade pushes it over.
Can protocol parameters change? +
Any change is a contract event, visible the same way every distribution is.
Does trading affect my distribution share? +
Yes, real ETH volume (buys and sells combined) through Bucket swaps specifically, in the trailing 7 days, multiplies your pro-rata weight, up to 2.00x at 0.30+ ETH. Stock/crypto swaps don't count, those pools' fee tiers vary too much to trust as an anti-abuse cost the way the Bucket pool's fee does. It's funded from the same pool every wallet already draws from, not new money, so it comes proportionally out of less-active wallets' share rather than diluting anyone with new supply. Check your current tier on the Portfolio page.
I minted an Account, how do I get my position out to sell it? +
Your Account's holdings live at its own wallet address, separate from the wallet you connect with. Go to Portfolio → My Accounts, find the holding on your Account card, and tap "Sell for ETH." That's two wallet confirmations (approve, then sell), ETH lands directly in your connected wallet, no manual transfer step. Works for both stocks and every registered crypto asset. This is different from selling the Account NFT itself on a marketplace, which transfers the whole position, everything it holds, to whoever buys it.

969,000,000 Bucket, 96.9% of supply, was seeded into a locked Uniswap v4 position at genesis with no withdrawal path in the contract, the owner can only ever collect trading fees, never the principal. Not a timelock that eventually unlocks; there's no code path that removes it, ever. How much Bucket sits in the pool today is set by the market, not by us: buying takes Bucket out and puts ETH in, so that balance moves every round. What cannot move is the position itself. You redirect

One call to setFeeRedirect on the Pons locker. Only your deployer address can make it, and only your deployer address can undo it. We cannot do it for you and we cannot reverse it.

02
We convert

We collect the fees and buy real tokenized equities and crypto on chain. Your own token is never sold: fee collection pays out both sides of the position and the token side goes back to you untouched.

03
Your holders get paid

Distributed pro rata straight to their wallets. No claiming, no staking, no lockup. Every round is a transaction they can open and check themselves.

/ The terms /

Founding partners pay nothing.

No fee, no minimum, no lockup. We would rather have one team willing to say publicly that this worked than a cut of nothing.

It does not have to be the whole stream. We can return an agreed share to you and convert the rest, so you keep income and your holders still get paid.
Nothing is locked. You can point the fees back at yourself at any time, from your own wallet, without asking us.
See it before you commit. We will run a dry run against your live holder list and show you exactly what every wallet would have received. That needs no transaction from you.

Requires a token launched through Pons, because the fee redirect lives in the Pons locker. If your token launched elsewhere there is still a route, it just is not a single transaction. Ask us.

Same engine. distributions and counting.
